Bergader
Back in 1902, a small rural cheese factory was opened, which forms the basis of today’s Bergader company. With a long tradition of listening and recognizing consumer needs, Bergader has developed into a world leader in the production of semi-hard cheeses with noble blue molds. Bergader cheeses are made from fresh cow’s milk from the Alpine region, following the same, unchanged recipes since 1927.
